Thanks Roisin! Yeah – I’m a bit slow getting the donate page up and running. I’m waiting for feedback from Paypal on setting up a single account to handle Euros and UK Pounds so that I don’t have to lose out to unnecessary exchange rate charges. They’re very slow at responding though
Hope the training is going well – The cycling bit sounds ok – why would anyone want to run or swim?..your a better man than me.
We have put up a little piece on http://www.cyclinglucan.com
and will keep it updated with your training reports etc – no backing out now
Thanks Brendan and thanks for the coverage on your website – it’s very kind of you!
I don’t know why anyone would want to swim or run. One wash a week is enough for me, and running is so boring and difficult. When you’re knackered you can’t freewheel on the descents.
I am so sorry to hear about young Joseph. I wish you, Colette and Joseph all of the best. I think it is fantastic that you will be running the Iron Man in Switzerland. I actually work with a colleague here in Dubai who is currently training for the same Iron Man competition which is just unbelieveable. Perhaps if things can work out you maybe able to meet up in Zurich. His name is Christian Loos and he is a top guy.
I hope to hear from you soon and best of luck with all of the training. I know, through speaking to Christian, how tough and rigorous it all is.
I received the link from Marian, and I have distributed it through out the company, with a short note, letting everyone know the personal connection to myself.
The link is winging it’s way around the world but most of my contacts are in Middle East and Asia, hopefully it shall be successful…
